Job Summary
Manage our front desk, greet visitors and answer phone calls on a daily basis. Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Required
Sedentary Work- Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met. Job Function:
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and officeÂ
- Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, printers etc. and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures)
- Monitor stocks of office supplies (paper clips, stationery etc.) and report when there are shortages
- Assist management team as needed
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.)
- Perform other office duties as assigned
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Perform all administration positions as necessary
- Responsible for file retention and storage
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of basic arithmetic
- Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and technology

Compensation Range
The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $21.00/Hr. - USD $25.00/Hr. depending on experience, qualifications, and location.
