Greenlake Energy is currently seeking a professional and friendly office receptionist to manage the front desk operations and provide administrative and general office support. This candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and vendors, ensuring a welcoming and organized office environment. The ideal candidate will bring accountability for assigned responsibilities.

Create a seamless visitor experience, offering beverages and directing guests appropriately.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint Excel, Outlook and Teams)
Order and maintain office and grocery supplies and inventory.
Assist with catering, or event planning as needed. We like to have fun!
Must possess a strong work ethic and demonstrate problem-solving skills in a start-up company.
Like dogs. We bring our dogs to work!

Applicant to reside in Austin, Texas. This position requires at least three fixed days, Tuesday- Thursday, in office each week, starting at 8am. Compensation is hourly, with a minimum guarantee of 24 hours per week and the opportunity for additional hours. A fully remote schedule is not available.
