The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for the corporate office, providing professional front desk coverage and administrative support. This role helps maintain a welcoming and efficient office environment for employees, visitors, and vendors.
- Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and employees in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Order, track, and maintain office supplies for all branches to ensure consistent availability.
- Create and manage shipping labels for all branches, coordinating with carriers as needed.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages for the corporate office.
- Coordinate with facilities/maintenance staff and cleaning crew regarding building issues, including general repairs, cleaning needs, or urgent service requests.
- Submit and follow up on facility-related concerns reported by staff (e.g., plumbing issues, pest control, etc.).
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area and common office spaces.
- Provide administrative support to office staff as assigned.
- Prior experience in an administrative, receptionist, or office support role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment (copiers, postage machines, etc.).
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability when handling unexpected facility requests.
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
