The Receptionist supports Move Concierge by being its first point of contact and ensuring a positive work environment. This role will work closely with the Office Manager and will handle all front desk responsibilities. This includes greeting guests, answering phone and chat inquiries, and monitoring emails.
- Serves as the first point of contact to employees, customers, and partners via phone, email, and in‐person.
- Monitors and clears the Company general information email inbox daily, responds to emails and dispositions accordingly.
- Performs as a company website Live Chat agent and forwards inquiries appropriately.
- Checks mail and the shipping, receiving, and distribution of packages.
- Supports special projects and company events as needed.
- Maintains a clean and organized front desk area.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
- One (1) to three (3) years of previous working experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with good patience and professionalism.
- Detail oriented precision in all areas of work.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks according to urgency.
- Proficiency with basic office equipment and office software.
- Basic experience with Google Suite products (Gmail, Google Drive, etc.).
- Positive, can‐do attitude.
