POSITION SUMMARY
Assists Project Managers and Superintendents in managing the construction of projects, working in conjunction with other field staff to ensure quality and timeliness. The Project Administrator supports field projects in project safety programs, subcontractor relations, and file management. Occasional travel may be required to assist the Sr PM and Director. This position reports to a Sr Project Manager or Quality Control Director.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
•Gathering and processing project documentation including setting up and maintaining job files and obtaining drawings
•Coordinate project schedules and timelines to ensure timely completion of construction tasks.
•Assisting Superintendents and Project Managers with processing and tracking change orders and project Submittal process.
•Processes and tracks formal correspondence with Clients and Subcontractors
•Facilitate communication between project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure alignment on project goals.
•Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise on the construction site.
•Prepare reports on project status, including updates on scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
•Create and Process Subcontracts
•Assist Contract Administrators and Project Engineers with job-site compliance tracking
•Review subcontractor bids and submittals for accuracy and completeness.
•Manage and update project databases and spreadsheets.
•Monitor project schedules to ensure milestone deadlines are achieved.
•Travel as required, up to 10%.

•Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
•Experience in the construction industry
•Knowledge of Bluebeam is a plus
QUALIFICATIONS
•Minimum 2 years college with concentration in architecture or construction management.
•Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering or construction management preferred.
•Strong technical background in the means and methods of general construction. Experience in multi-family preferred.
•Ability to read construction documents, including drawings and specifications.
•Requires proficiency with: Microsoft products including MS Project, MS Excel, and MS Word.
