Construction Accounting Administrator

About us: J. King DeShazo, III, Inc. Roofing, located in Ashland, Virginia, is looking for a Construction Accounting Administrator. The position will be responsible for a multitude of different services and contracts to include time and material and aia billings, customer follow-up and collections, payroll, accounts receivable and payable. The successful candidate must have general construction accounting experience and be comfortable working in multiple systems and applications throughout the day. Additional qualifications include proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, attention to detail, and excellent organization and personal communications skills. Excellent starting wage and benefit package. Background check required. An EOE.
