BOSS Construction is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Administrator to provide vital administrative support to our project managers, including engineers, and field supervisors. Key Responsibilities:
•Perform general administrative duties to support the team as needed.
•Prepare and process essential documents including subcontracts, purchase orders, billing reports, and tracking spreadsheets.
•Review, process and distribute supplier submittal information.
•Maintain organized and current records, both digitally and in hard copy, including all project contacts and documentation.
•Manage logistics for project meetings: schedule attendees, prepare materials, and record/distribute meeting minutes.
•Assist subcontractors with documentation needs, requests for information, and submission of required forms.
•Support the Project Manager with the change order process, this includes sending requests, gathering pricing proposals, generating cost reports, and preparing/submitting change documentation.
•Coordinate bidding and preconstruction tasks such as organizing bid packages, reaching out to subcontractors, and maintaining document files.
•Compile closeout documents including operations manuals, as-built drawings, and final permit packets for owner turnover at project completion.

•Prior experience in a construction or related field is strongly preferred.
•Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
•Comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities across different projects and team members.
•Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and adapt to evolving project needs.
•Familiarity with construction processes, terminology, and workflows is preferred.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); open to learning construction-related software tools.
•A calm, professional demeanor under pressure with a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
•Willing to work extra hours when necessary to meet deadlines.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
