Elite Paving Group, LLC is looking for an experienced Construction Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in Dallas, Texas.
Elite Paving Group LLC is a National Asphalt and Concrete construction company looking to add an administrative assistant to our core team. This role will support business functions and help with the rapid growth of EPG by assisting project operations, providing detailed organization and being an active and integral part of the team. This role is based in our Dallas office, with occasional travel required (1-2 times yearly).
EPG is a nationwide provider of asphalt and concrete construction services. Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, our projects are completed throughout the country. · Provide administrative support to the sales and construction project management team.
· Create and manage project documentation, including reports, scopes, estimates, site plans, memos, change orders, and other correspondence for assigned projects.
· Interacts positively with vendors, suppliers, and clients as the public face of the office.
· Maintain and update project files, schedules, and all record-keeping in shared databases and customer portals.
· Coordinate pre-construction tasks, manage closeout documentation, material logs, and other customer requirements as needed.
· Sources new products and vendors as needed during the project lifecycle.
· Works with internal and external teams to obtain needed product approvals for assigned projects.
· Handle incoming and outgoing communications with professionalism and discretion.
· Keeps management informed of activity and operations, participates in weekly team meetings, and interfaces with management daily.
· Contributes to overall team success by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
· Minimum one year administrative experience in an office setting
· Proficient with computers and office software- Microsoft Products - OneDrive, Outlook, Word, etc
· Confident in learning and using new software and portal systems (Service Channel, Corrigo, Lucernex, Verisae, etc)
· Extremely strong organizational and time management skills
· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
