Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Builder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and carpentry, with a focus on delivering high-quality craftsmanship. This role involves working on various projects, including residential and commercial builds, renovations, and restorations. The Builder will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed to specifications and adheres to safety standards.

Duties

•

Perform trim carpentry tasks, including installation of moldings and baseboards.

•

Execute caulking and sealing of joints to ensure weatherproofing and aesthetics.

•

Install cabinets with precision, ensuring proper alignment and functionality.

•

Utilize CNC machinery for cutting and shaping materials as required.

•

Engage in metal stud framing for wall structures as needed.

•

Conduct mold remediation processes to restore affected areas effectively.

•

Fabricate custom components based on project specifications.

•

Restore existing structures by repairing or replacing damaged materials.

•

Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure project timelines are met.

•

Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

•

Proven experience as a Builder or Carpenter with a strong portfolio of completed projects.

•

Proficiency in trim carpentry, cabinet installation, caulking, and plumb techniques.

•

Familiarity with CNC machinery operation is preferred but not mandatory.

•

Knowledge of metal stud framing practices is advantageous.

•

Experience in mold remediation processes is a plus.

•

Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow blueprints and technical drawings accurately.

•

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

•

Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks effectively.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
