We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Office Assistant to assist with the daily operations of our office. Duties
•Provide administrative support for project management and estimating team
•Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist with client inquiries
•Maintain accurate and organized files, records, and documents
•Assist with accounts payables and receivables, estimates, and general bookkeeping tasks
•Assist in employee paperwork and payroll preparation
•Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and copying
Requirements
•Proven experience in an administrative or office management role is preferred.
•Proven experience in a construction related field is preferred.
•Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
•Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
•Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
•Excellent proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality documentation.
•Strong clerical skills with experience in managing files and records efficiently.
•Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
