How You’ll Make An Impact
- Develop and distribute internal communications that keep teams informed and inspired.
- Create engaging content for digital platforms, including social media and company websites.
- Coordinate branding initiatives to ensure consistency across all channels.
- Support planning and execution of events, including promotional materials and logistics.
- Manage executive calendars and schedule meetings with precision.
- Arrange domestic and international travel for senior leaders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for key stakeholders.
- Maintain organized filing systems and track communication metrics. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support and/or communications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with tools like Teams and SharePoint.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must live commutable distance for onsite role in Raleigh, NC Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
