CNC Programmer / Machinist

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Programmer to join our team. This role will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machinery for our tube bending operations. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with CNC programming, a solid understanding of machining principles, and the ability to deliver precise, high-quality work. They should also be proficient with programming G-code.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop, write, and modify CNC programs to meet production and quality requirements for tube bending operations

- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce components according to specifications

- Perform quality checks and make adjustments to ensure precision and compliance with design tolerances

- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications

- Maintain and troubleshoot CNC equipment as needed to ensure optimal performance

- Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and improve processes

- Document work processes and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Qualifications and Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC programming or machining (preferred)

- 3+ years of experience as a CNC Programmer, ideally with tube bending machinery (required)

- Proficiency with G-code programming and CAD/CAM software (required)

- Strong knowledge of machining techniques, materials, and tooling (required)

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings (required)

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail (required)

- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork (required)
