CNC Machine Operator

We are seeking a CNC Machinist or CNC Machine Operator that will set-up and manufacture parts as directed utilizing company tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

Shift:

1st shift - Monday - Friday - 7am to 3:30pm

2nd Shift – Monday through Thursday – 3:15 p.m. to 1:45 a.m.

Job Duties:

- Set up and Operator machining centers independently w/minimal supervision

- Make minor off set adjustments and/or tools changes to maintain part conformance to print

- Troubleshoot issues, perform set-ups and tool changes as required

- Monitor tool life

- Monitor product quality through regular inspection intervals

- Meet production requirements in a timely/efficient manner

- Fill out production sheets and all other production related documents as required

- Participate in simple machine maintenance as required

Job Requirements:

- High School Diploma/GED

- 2-3 years CNC Machinist experience required

- Advanced knowledge of machining fundamentals

- Excellent shop math skills

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints

- Familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
