Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

Position Summary:

We are seeking skilled and motivated CNC Machine Operators to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machinery to produce precision metal components that meet our high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, or other machining centers according to job specifications.

- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders.

- Adjust machine settings to optimize performance and maintain tolerances.

- Monitor machine operation and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

- Collaborate with supervisors and co-workers to improve production efficiency.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred).

- Ability to read blueprints and understand them.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

- Willingness to work flexible shifts or overtime as needed.
