This is more than a management position — it's a leadership opportunity. As our Client Experience Manager, you’ll be the bridge between our clients and our cleaning teams, ensuring high-quality service, strong relationships, and operational excellence at every site.
You’ll visit schools and offices, support and coach Team Leads and team members, address client concerns, and help us continuously raise the bar. This is a field-based leadership role with a big-picture mindset.
