We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. Sales Representatives will maintain a large breadth and depth of knowledge to serve customers and clients more effectively and efficiently. Must possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales, enabling them to effectively promote our products and services.
Duties
•Conduct warm calling to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
•Build and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.
•Utilize sales software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
•Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market share and customer satisfaction.
•Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
•Stay informed about industry trends and technology advancements to effectively communicate product benefits.
•Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to the overall success of the team.
Qualifications
•GED or H.S. diploma required.
•Three years of experience in sales. Experience in the industrial steel market is preferred.
•Possess excellent customer service skills and have marketing and sales acumen to address questions and concerns to make sales.
•Basic math and computer skills required: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel. Microsoft Navision knowledge is preferred.
