We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Customer Engagement Manager to join our team! In this role, you will drive customer satisfaction and loyalty by creating and implementing personalized engagement strategies. You’ll work closely with customers to enhance their experience, resolve issues, and ensure they are fully supported throughout their journey with our brand. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, problem-solver, and have a proven track record of building lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to boost retention and satisfaction.
•Lead customer onboarding and ongoing communication to ensure a seamless experience.
•Monitor customer feedback and implement action plans for improvement.
•Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and support teams to align customer needs with business goals.
•Track and analyze customer metrics to measure engagement success and identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•Proven ability to manage customer relationships and resolve issues effectively.
•Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM tools.

•Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
•Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to lead cross-functional team

Hourly: $22-$25 Based on experience
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
