We are searching for a Change-Management Coordinator on behalf of our client. This is a 10+ months contract assignment.(W-2) The person in this role support the analysis and tracking of change management activities to help facilitate and drive user adoption. You will engage all levels of the organization by maintaining change management self-service tools, resources, and channels for leaders, change network, and practitioners.
- Maintains resources and utilizes communications channels to provide updates on key business unit change initiatives.
- Uses tools to track planning and completion of learning opportunities and training effectiveness.
- Uses tools to measure and track employee engagement and interaction across collaboration tools and communications.
- Supports the execution of change management activities to help drive and facilitate user adoption.
- Bachelors- preferred
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $20.00/hr. to $25.00/hr.
