Management Change Specialists organize the conversion of properties from one management company to another. You will need strong communication and organization skills as you work with our clients to gather information and accurately update our system.
- Contact clients and account managers to get necessary information
- Coordinate with clients to ensure continuous payment of bills
- Help clients understand our utility payment process
- Manage strict deadlines to ensure a timely and seamless process for clients
- Act as the point of contact for varying tasks across several properties
- Able to independently solve problems using the resources and tools provided
- Attention to detail
- Remain positive and composed during stressful situations
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication
- Manage and prioritize workload to hit performance goals
