The Manager, IT Change Management will lead the strategy, design, and execution of organizational change management for PROENERGY’s enterprise-wide ERP implementation and ongoing technology transformation programs. This role will also serve as the primary liaison for IT communications ensuring business units, leadership, and project teams stay aligned, informed, and engaged throughout every phase of change.
The ideal candidate is an experienced communicator and change leader who can translate complex technology initiatives into clear, actionable messages and adoption plans that drive measurable results across manufacturing, operations, and corporate functions.

- Develop and execute enterprise-level change management strategies for ERP and IT modernization projects.
- Conduct stakeholder and impact assessments; design communication and training plans that minimize disruption and accelerate adoption.
- Manage internal IT communications create clear, engaging content for executives, business leaders, and end-users through email, intranet, newsletters, town halls, and training materials.
- Coach project sponsors and business managers on leading change effectively.
- Partner with HR and the operating group on user training, role transitions, and reinforcement activities.
- Build and lead a network of change champions across divisions (PowerFlex, AeroAdvantage, Manufacturing/OEM, Operations & Maintenance, Corporate Services).
- Establish and track KPIs to measure adoption, ROI, readiness, and communications effectiveness.
- Support the IT leadership team with executive presentations, transformation updates, and program reporting.
- Develop repeatable change-management toolkits and templates to scale the discipline across all future IT projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
- 7+ years of progressive experience leading organizational change and communications for ERP or large-scale technology programs.- Demonstrated expertise with change-management frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) and program communications strategy.
- Proven ability to engage diverse stakeholders and drive adoption in complex, multi-site industrial or energy organizations.
- Exceptional writing, presentation, and storytelling skills; experience preparing executive-level communications.
- Strong planning and facilitation skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
- Data-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking adoption metrics and KPIs.

- Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Communications, or Business.
- Certification in Prosci Change Management or similar discipline.
- Experience working within manufacturing, utilities, EPC, or energy services industries.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Dynamics 365 or Oracle Cloud environments.
- Experience building internal communication channels or employee-engagement programs.
- Office environment with occasional travel to Proenergy operational sites.
