Job Description

Technicians are responsible for selling and performing Site Utility, Trenchless, and Drain services, as well as operating and maintaining camera inspection systems. This role involves building strong relationships with both customers and team members, promoting service upsells to optimize job efficiency and reduce repeat calls. Technicians must adhere to departmental standards, including drain and reporting SOPs, and contribute to a consistent, team-oriented work environment. A strong understanding of sewer and drain systems, along with the ability to effectively communicate and sell related services, is essential to ensure customer satisfaction and support the department’s growth.

Job Requirements

- Maintain daily vehicle stock by replenishing used materials.

- Keep vehicles and job sites clean to ensure safety, efficiency, and a professional appearance.

- Work methodically and complete tasks on or ahead of schedule.

Salary

$36,275 - $60,465 + commission
