Calibration & Repair Technician Co-Op

, is seeking a Calibration & Repair Technician to perform calibration, troubleshooting, and repair services across all Iris-Generation product lines. This role ensures accurate, timely service delivery and partners with production, quality, and engineering teams to improve product reliability and service efficiency.

- Perform calibration and repair of Iris-Generation instruments and sub-assemblies.

- Troubleshoot production and field service (FS) instruments and support on-site service preparation as needed.

- Complete calibration certificates, repair reports, and service documentation in compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

- Investigate root causes of failures and recommend process or design improvements.

- Support on-time delivery (OTD) targets and maintain high service quality standards.

Required Qualifications

- Post-secondary technical diploma or equivalent experience in instrumentation, electronics, or electromechanical systems.

- Hands-on experience with instrument calibration and repair.

- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.

- Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.

- Experience producing clear, accurate technical reports and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

- Field service instrumentation experience.

- Familiarity with calibration standards, regulated environments, or quality systems.

- Manufacturing or service operations experience.

- Exposure to continuous improvement methods (Lean, Six Sigma).
