Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our growing sales team. The BDR will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and initiating relationships with prospective clients. Key Responsibilities:
•Proactively identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, social media, and other lead generation strategies.
•Conduct discovery calls with prospects to understand their business needs and determine how our solutions can help.
•Maintain a high volume of daily outreach to potential clients.
•Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on lead qualification criteria and campaign strategies.
•Schedule meetings and product demos for account executives.
•Use CRM software to track leads, activities, and pipeline progress.
•Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
•Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and conversion goals.
Requirements:
•1–3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed.
•Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections.
•Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools is a plus.
