We believe in rewarding the "engine" of our sales pipeline. Your earning potential is uncapped and structured for high-ticket success:
- $50.00 per Qualified Appointment Sat: Get paid for your effort. If the prospect shows up to the meeting you scheduled, you get paid immediately.
- $1,000.00 Minimum Commission per Closed Deal: When your appointment turns into a contract, you receive a heavy-hitter bonus. Many of our commercial projects carry even higher payouts based on system size.
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $80,000 – $140,000+ per year.- Strategic Prospecting: Identifying and cold-calling commercial property owners, manufacturing facilities, and corporate offices.
- High-Level Discovery: Navigating "gatekeepers" to connect with CFOs and Operations Directors to discuss ROI, tax incentives, and energy independence.
- Appointment Setting: Managing the senior sales team's calendar to ensure a steady flow of high-value consultations.
- CRM Mastery: Using [CRM Name, e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot] to track leads and maintain a clean follow-up pipeline.
- Commercial Fluency: You can speak the language of business (ROI, CapEx vs. OpEx, and long-term savings).
- Resilience: You have a "hunter" mentality and can maintain high energy through a day of outbound calling.
- Experience: 1–2 years of B2B cold calling or appointment setting is preferred. Experience in solar, construction, or commercial real estate is a major plus.
- Professionalism: You have a polished, authoritative phone presence that commands respect from business executives.
