The expectation of the Sales and Business Development Associate is to function as a leader within the organization, enforce the practice of standard operating procedures, acquire new business and potential projects, and provide exceptional customer service. In addition to succeeding in these goals and expectations, the Sales and Business Development Associate will be responsible for both maintaining contact with existing customers by visiting project locations and customer office locations while also embodying the Vision and Values of Stone Industries.
Expectations/ Responsibilities for this position include, but not limited to the following:
• Assist with all sales/customer service including, but not limited to in person, phone, and job site visits.
• Work with the company resolving and mediating any escalated customer issues or concerns.
o Make follow-up phone calls to existing/potential customers.
o Calculate and submit adjusted pricing for approval.
o Work with both the sales team and inside sales representatives
• Work with the AR department to help clarify all customer billing issues.
o Work in Salesforce to manage the customer experience.
o Handle customer issues and help make Braen Stone the vendor of choice and easy to do business with
• Responsibility for service and growth of all assigned accounts.
o Manage the growing and shrinking accounts assigned.
• Must be a team player; ability to work cross-functionally with all levels of staff.
• Experience in the construction and manufacturing industries .
• Travel to all locations and job sites will be require d .
Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 USD Annual, Commission
The company will provide cell phones and a company laptop.
