The Successful Candidate Will Have The Following Key Accountabilities

- Perform all duties in a safe manner, following all safety regulations and safe work practices and assuring all equipment has been inspected and is in a safe working condition. Any unsafe conditions shall be reported to your supervisor.

- Efficiently operate Rail and Bulk Loadout equipment.

- Perform duties and responsibilities as defined in applicable Procedures and Work Instructions.

- Efficiently and safely operate railcar moving equipment to move railcars as directed by supervision.

- Conduct effective workplace examinations prior to each shift to identify potential safety hazards.

- Perform minor routine maintenance on bulk loadout equipment, as required.

- Maintain working area in clean and safe working order at all times.

- Perform routine sample collection according to plant procedures.

- Communicate pertinent information to plant supervision.

- Flex work schedule including rotating shifts and some weekend work

- Assist other plant areas as requested.

The Successful Incumbent Will Have The Following Minimum Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Ability to work with normal supervision

- Effective communication skills

- Ability to climb ladders and stairs/work from heights

- Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 60 lbs.

- Problem solving and troubleshooting skills

- Basic mathematical and mechanical aptitude
