We’re looking for a dependable Hopper Loader to support our production operation. This role inspects, loads, and samples bulk rail cars and trucks to ensure accurate weights, quality, and continuous plant flow. No experience required—we will train.

Responsibilities

- Inspect, position, and load rail cars/trucks

- Sample loads and deliver to lab

- Verify weights and complete documentation

- Perform equipment checks and basic maintenance

- Keep tanks at proper levels for each shift

- Maintain clean, safe work areas and report issues

- Work closely with production and maintenance teams

Requirements

- Able to work rotating day/evening/night shifts

- Basic reading and math skills

- Ability to work independently and follow safety guidelines

- Frequent climbing, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs; occasionally 100 lbs)

- Comfortable working around machinery, dust, noise, and weather
