Key Responsibilities
Bookkeeping
•Manage full-cycle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
•Prepare and send invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding receivables
•Process bills, manage vendor payments, and reconcile statements
•Reconcile monthly bank and credit card accounts
•Maintain accurate records using QuickBooks Online
•Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting
•Coordinate with our CPA for tax prep and year-end filings
Office Management
•Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a well-organized workspace
•Support leadership with scheduling, documentation, and internal coordination
•Maintain company records and handle administrative filing
•Manage vendor relationships and assist with onboarding documentation
•Order and track office supplies and support internal team communications
•Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations
Who You Are
•3+ years of experience in bookkeeping and office management
•Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online
•Confident handling AR/AP, reconciliations, and reporting
•Excellent communication and organizational skills
•A self-starter who can manage priorities in a fast-paced, growing business
•Bonus: Experience in a professional services or field-based company environment
