Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and processing payroll. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles. The Bookkeeper will play a crucial role in managing the financial health of our organization by providing timely and accurate financial reports.
Responsibilities
•Maintain accurate financial records by recording all transactions, including journal entries, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
•Perform general ledger reconciliation and balance sheet reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
•Analyze accounts and prepare detailed account analysis to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.
•Assist in budgeting processes by providing relevant financial data and insights.
Skills
•Proficiency in payroll processing and understanding of payroll regulations.
•Strong knowledge of debits, credits, and general accounting principles.
•Experience with journal entries and maintaining accounts receivable.
•Ability to perform general ledger reconciliation accurately.
•Excellent analytical skills for account analysis.
•Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
