Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist/Admin/Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong clerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Proficiency in Sage is a requirement.
Responsibilities
•Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner.
•Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
•Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain updated records.
•Organize and file documents systematically for easy retrieval.
•Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
•Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using Sage accounting.
•Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming at all times.
Experience
•Previous experience as a receptionist/admin/bookkeeper is required.
•Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines.
•Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
•Proficient in computer applications including word processing and spreadsheet software.
