Assistant Branch Administrator

Bidell Gas Compression is a well-established natural gas compression manufacturing company with Parts & Service locations throughout Western Canada and NW US that offer 24/7 technical support.

We have a current opening for a Part-Time Admin based out of our Grande Prairie, Alberta Parts and Service branch.

Responsibilities:

Branch Administration

· Perform receptionist duties

- Hourly Time entry.

- Maintain General Filing

- Branch Invoicing of Service Orders.

- Deal with timesheet concerns and issues.

- Comply with all company policies

- Follow the overall Health and Safety Policies and Procedures

- General office administration.

- Follow the overall Health and Safety Policies and Procedures

- Safety Documentation

- Safety Minutes

- Booking safety training

- Recording all safety documents
