We are seeking a motivated and eager Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This company is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide essential organizational and clerical support in the areas of communication, invoicing and filing systems.
JOB SUMMARY: The Administrative Assistant works with the Office Manager to provide timely and accurate information to support office processes. Key performance objectives include:
· Prepares sales orders and related customer documents, invoicing.
· Performs accounting functions including general ledger entries and account
· Prepares accounting reports and inputs data into financial spreadsheets.
· Accepts special projects as needed to support business operations.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing results and exceeding expectations.
· Detail oriented and ability to work independently.
· Flexible and adaptable to changing conditions and priorities.
· Must have an excellent attendance record and complete assignments on time.
· Microsoft Office Software - Outlook, Word, Excel.
