Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing administrative support to our sales team by conducting online canvassing of buyers and formulating call lists for the sales team. This is an hourly position for 30-35 hours per week. With a meeting/conference call with the sales team daily.
- High level of organization
- Fundamental understanding of Microsoft Excel, Search Engines, and LinkedIn
- Collaborate with sales team daily
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with LinkedIn
- Experience with HubSpot or other CRM is preferred
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
