Here's The Role
LCRA’s Microsoft Applications Administration team is seeking a Microsoft Power Platform developer Sr to join our team. As a senior on this team you will assist with building enterprise solutions leveraging the Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI. You will share continuous opportunities for improvement to department personnel and mentor junior team members. If you have a curiosity and drive to explore data for understanding, the business sense to create meaningful applications, and enjoy being part of a team developing tools and dashboards that enable the success of others, we'd love to see if you're a good fit.
How You’ll Contribute
- Provide support for Power BI workspaces, reports and dashboards and remain current with emerging platform-related trends and features.
- Participate in change management lifecycle, including requirement gathering, implementation, testing, and support.
- Identify the organization's Power Platform needs, solution design, build, deploy, and support with stakeholders.
- Nine or more years of experience in providing troubleshooting, configuration, administration and support for software applications or relevant experience.
- A degree(s) in computer science, information technology or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.
- For ELS incumbents:
- Nine or more years of experience in a technical role in a commercial environmental laboratory or relevant experience.
- A degree in chemistry, biology, microbiology, environmental science, physical sciences, database administration, programming, engineering or relevant field may be substituted for up to four years of experience.
- Driver's license
- Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messages appropriately.
- Strong ability to represent and organize documentation.
- Dynamics 365 experience.
- Power Platform development and administration experience.
