The Applications Administrator is responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise applications such as Microsoft Office 365, Quickbase, Procore, and Netsuite. This role involves ensuring optimal performance, troubleshooting issues, and providing user support for these applications.
- Install, configure, and maintain enterprise applications by ensuring applications are properly set up and configured to meet business needs.
- Use monitoring tools to track application performance, identify issues, and resolve them promptly.
- Create and manage user accounts, set permissions, and ensure secure access to applications.
- Ensure applications are secure by implementing necessary security protocols and measures.
- Schedule and execute updates to applications to ensure security and functionality.
- Assist users with application-related issues, provide training, and ensure user satisfaction.
- Work with external vendors to manage application upgrades, maintenance, and support.
- Collaborate with individual department, as well as cross-functionally with other departments within the organization.
- Maintain organizational excellence in terms of project timelines and deliverables.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in application administration.
- Technology: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Quickbase, Procore, and/or Netsuite, and an ability to learn company-specific software programs, tools, processes, and machines.
- Skills/Attributes:
- Proficiency in managing enterprise applications such as Microsoft Office 365, Quickbase, Procore, and Netsuite, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Skills in customizing and configuring applications to meet business needs and improve functionality.
- Ability to monitor application performance, identify issues, and optimize applications for better efficiency.
- Knowledge of application security protocols, including encryption, access controls, and regular security audits.
- Experience in managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls within enterprise applications.
- Skills in diagnosing and resolving application-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Ability to integrate applications with other enterprise systems to streamline processes and improve data flow.
- Self-motivated to work through complex problems and competing priorities, including a high level of detail and organization.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
