As an

FP&A Analyst

you will work directly with operations and commercial leaders across North America (NAM) reporting directly to the Glass Recycling (GR) NAM Finance Director and. You will have the opportunity to influence decisions, drive performance, and gain deep exposure to the core of industrial operations.

Your Impact in This Role

As a

FP&A Analyst

, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Analyze financial and operational data to identify opportunities and risks.

- Prepare forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans with precision and insight.

- Deliver clear, actionable reports and presentations to senior leadership.

- Support monthly closing activities and variance analysis.

- Lead and contribute to cross-functional projects focused on cost management and process improvement.

- Simplify complex financial concepts for non-finance stakeholders.

- Collaborate with finance, operations, and commercial teams to drive alignment and performance.

What You Bring To The Table

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (or equivalent experience).

- 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, cost accounting, or FP&A.

- Strong background in manufacturing or industrial finance.

- Previous experience interacting with Operations and Commercial Teams in an industrial/manufacturing set up

- Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.

- Analytical mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Fluent in English (verbal & written).
