The Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A will serve as a key member of the corporate finance team, responsible for consolidating financial results across the organization, supporting the budgeting and forecasting process, and delivering high-quality management reporting and analysis to senior leadership. Operating in a dynamic, carve-out environment, this individual will partner with group office functions, regional finance teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment between operational performance and strategic objectives.

They are a natural problem solver who brings strong financial modeling skills, an eye for process improvement, and the ability to present financial data in a clear and concise manner to support decision-making.
- Support the annual budgeting process and periodic reforecasts, ensuring alignment with corporate strategic goals and private equity reporting requirements
- Coordinate forecasting timelines and templates with business units; validate submissions and consolidate the monthly and quarterly forecast
- Track planning assumptions and collaborate with regional finance, accounting, treasury, and tax to ensure consistency across models
- Consolidate monthly and quarterly operating and financial results at the group level
- Prepare management reporting packages including P&L analysis, bridges, trend commentary, KPI dashboards, and cash flow reporting for executive leadership and the board
- Deliver in-depth variance analysis (actuals vs. budget/forecast), identifying key drivers, risks, and opportunities
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all financial data used for reporting and decision support
- Build and maintain driver-based corporate financial models to support scenario planning (base / upside / downside), long-range planning, and strategic initiatives
- Perform detailed analysis of cost drivers, margins, and working capital
- Support financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence efforts related to potential acquisitions, divestitures, or new business ventures as they arise
- Serve as the FP&A business partner for group office functions (HR, IT, Finance, etc.), supporting them through the budgeting and forecasting cycle
- Partner with financial reporting / controllership and regional finance teams to align assumptions, reflect changes promptly, and ensure reporting ties to the general ledger
- Collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders to communicate guidelines, requirements, and timelines for planning inputs
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline FP&A processes, standardize planning templates, and automate recurring reporting and analysis
- Ensure all processes are well-documented with appropriate controls in place, particularly important in a carve-out / transition environment
- Maintain the capex pipeline and actuals-vs-plan roll-ups; reflect timing changes in forecast updates
Planning Systems & Data Management (IBM Planning Analytics / TM1)
- Load and validate actuals, budget, and forecast data into TM1/PAx on a recurring basis
- Maintain hierarchies, dimensions, and metadata to reflect the current organizational structure
- Build and maintain views, reports, and dashboards to support planning and reporting cycles
- Partner with IT on system enhancements, automation, and troubleshooting data discrepancies
- Create clear, insightful presentations and schedules to summarize analyses and facilitate decision-making for senior management, the board, and PE sponsors
- Support ad hoc strategic projects including post-merger integration, carve-out transition activities, and competitive / market analysis as required
- 2–5 years in FP&A or corporate finance with ownership of forecast/budget cycles.
- Proficiency with IBM Planning Analytics (TM1/PAx) and strong Excel skills for cube-driven templates, consolidation, and scenario modeling.
- Demonstrated ability to produce clear management reporting (variance bridges, trend analysis, concise commentary).
- Comfortable coordinating regional/business inputs and driving timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience reconciling FP&A outputs to ERP/GL data in partnership with Controllership.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and data integrity
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving environment
