Description sommaire du poste :

Relevant de l’équipe Marketing et Décarbonation, le titulaire du poste contribue activement à la conception, au développement et au déploiement de programmes et d’initiatives destinés à la clientèle d’Enbridge Gaz Québec, visant la réduction des émissions de gaz à effet de serre (GES). Ces initiatives incluent notamment les programmes en efficacité énergétique, le programme biénergie et d’autres solutions de décarbonation.

Au-delà de la conception de programmes, le ou la conseiller.ère participe aux processus d’autorisation réglementaire , notamment auprès de la Régie de l'énergie .


Responsabilités :

- Mener des exercices de réflexions stratégiques au sein de l’organisation afin d’identifier des opportunités de décarbonation dans un contexte de transition énergétique.

- Participer activement à l’élaboration et à l’évolution de l’offre de programmes en efficacité énergétique et autres initiatives de décarbonation.

- Collaborer aux dossiers et processus réglementaires, incluant la rédaction des preuves soumises à la Régie de l’énergie ainsi que la rédaction de réponses aux demandes de renseignements et la participation aux audiences publiques.

- Effectuer des recherches, analyses et veilles stratégiques sur diverses questions liées aux enjeux et opportunités de décarbonation.

- Développer un réseau de contact auprès de vis-à-vis dans le secteur énergétique afin de se familiariser avec les pratiques, d’identifier des opportunités et d’élargir la sphère d’influence du distributeur.

- Contribuer au développement de partenariats visant à identifier et/ou réaliser les initiatives de décarbonation.

- Assurer l’intégration harmonieuse des initiatives, produits et services au sein de l’entreprise, en collaboration avec les équipes concernées, notamment :

- Contribuer aux exercices de reddition de comptes annuels (tableau de bord, demandes ministérielles, rapport annuel).

- Veiller à l’harmonisation de l’offre avec les services et offres complémentaires, afin d’optimiser l’expérience client.

- Concevoir des parcours clients permettant d’anticiper les besoins et des réactions de la clientèle.

- Coordonner les actions pour assurer l’atteinte des objectifs d’économie d’énergie.

- Représenter Enbridge Gaz Québec de façon professionnelle dans le cadre de comité de travail, de consultation et d’activités de réseautage.


Profil :

- Diplôme universitaire dans un domaine connexe (économie, génie, marketing, administration ou tout autre domaine pertinent) et minimum 4 années d’expérience pertinente en efficacité énergétique, conception de programmes ou réglementation. Toute combinaison équivalente de scolarité et d’expérience pertinente pourrait également être considérée .

- Excellentes capacités d’analyse, de synthèse et de jugement.

- Excellentes habiletés de communication, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, en français, capacité à influencer et à convaincre.

- Esprit d’équipe, leadership et capacité à collaborer avec les parties prenantes variées.

- Sens politique et compréhension des enjeux organisationnels et réglementaires.

- Orientation vers les résultats et vers l’expérience client.

- Capacité à travailler de façon autonome, à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément.

- Maîtrise de la Suite Microsoft Office.

- Connaissance des tests économiques et analyses de rentabilité appliqués aux programmes en efficacité énergétique (atout).

- Connaissance de l'industrie du gaz naturel et du cadre réglementaire québécois (atout).

La personne dans ce poste doit maîtriser le français. Puisque cette personne devra interagir fréquemment avec des collègues qui ne parlent pas le français, il est exigé que cette personne possède une bonne connaissance de la langue anglaise, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.

Enbridge Gaz Québec, the exclusive natural gas distributor in the Outaouais region, is a dynamic and fast-growing company actively engaged in the energy transition. To support its decarbonization ambitions, Enbridge Gaz Québec is seeking a: Energy Efficiency and Decarbonization Advisor


Position Summary

Reporting to the Marketing and Decarbonization team, the incumbent actively contributes to the design, development, and deployment of programs and initiatives for Enbridge Gaz Québec customers aimed at reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions . These initiatives notably include energy efficiency programs, the dual-energy (bi‑energy) program, and other decarbonization solutions.

Beyond program design, the Advisor also participates in regulatory authorization processes , particularly with the Régie de l’énergie .


Responsibilities

- Lead strategic reflection exercises within the organization to identify decarbonization opportunities in the context of the energy transition.

- Actively contribute to the development and evolution of energy efficiency programs and other decarbonization initiatives.

- Collaborate on regulatory files and processes, including drafting evidence submitted to the Régie de l’énergie, preparing responses to information requests, and participating in public hearings.

- Conduct research, analyses, and strategic monitoring on various issues related to decarbonization challenges and opportunities.

- Develop a network of contacts within the energy sector to become familiar with best practices, identify opportunities, and expand the distributor’s sphere of influence.

- Contribute to the development of partnerships aimed at identifying and/or implementing decarbonization initiatives.

- Ensure the seamless integration of initiatives, products, and services within the organization, in collaboration with relevant teams:

- Contribute to annual accountability and reporting exercises (dashboards, ministerial requests, annual report).

- Ensure alignment of offerings with complementary services and products in order to optimize the customer experience.

- Design customer journeys that anticipate customer needs and responses.

- Coordinate actions to ensure the achievement of energy savings targets.

- Represent Enbridge Gaz Québec professionally in working committees, consultation forums, and networking activities.


Profile

- University degree in a related field (economics, engineering, marketing, administration, or another relevant discipline) and a minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience in energy efficiency, program design, or regulation. Any equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may also be considered.

- Excellent analytical, synthesis, and judgment skills.

- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in French, with the ability to influence and persuade.

- Team spirit, leadership, and the ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.

- Political acumen and understanding of organizational and regulatory issues.

- Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer experience.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple files simultaneously.

- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.

- Knowledge of economic tests and cost-effectiveness analyses applied to energy efficiency programs (asset).

- Knowledge of the natural gas industry and the Québec regulatory framework (asset).

- Fluency in French is required. As the position involves frequent interaction with colleagues who do not speak French, a good knowledge of English, both oral and written, is also required.
