We are looking for an experienced administrative Assistant who's primary duties would be answering phones and scheduling service calls. We are a small, family owned, business, casual but serious. Quickbooks experience would be helpful, along with the other skills list.
Job duties would include, but are not limited to, the following:
*Working with customers & staff on a daily basis
*Ability to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision
