Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will provide vital support to our office staff and project managers. This role involves general administrative duties, customer service, and coordination with internal teams to ensure day-to-day operations are efficient and professional.
Key Responsibilities:
•Assist with daily office operations including scheduling, email, and phone calls.
•Schedule projects and manage calendars
•Maintain organized filing systems (both digital and physical)
•Enter and update customer/project data in CRM and other systems
•Support project coordination and document preparation
•Assist with ordering office supplies and handling mail
•Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner
•Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support office operations
•Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements for the owner and team members.
•Other duties as assigned by the owner.
Qualifications:
•High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus)
•Previous experience in an administrative or office support role (construction or roofing industry preferred but not required)
•Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
•Procifiency in QuickBooks
•Strong communication and organizational skills
•Friendly, professional, and dependable with a team-player attitude
•Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
•Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work well in a team environment.
•Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate ideas verbally and in writing.
•Ability to multitask and prioritize daily tasks while maintaining a positive attitude.
Must be comfortable working with technology including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Slack, etc.*
Procifiency in QuickBooks*
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)*
