Seeking bilingual (english/spanish) clean cut and articulate Admin/Clerk to assist Office Manager in small but very busy painting contractor's office with typing up proposals, sending emails, updating spreadsheets, calling customers with appointment reminders, filing, answering the telephone and miscellaneous admin tasks. Training will be provided. Must have a basic understanding of WORD and EXCEL. Diction, Grammar and Spelling important. Schedule: M-F 9:00 am - 5:00 pm 35-40 hours weekly. I am not as interested in your resume as I am in your work ethic and ability to communicate effectively.
