Job Opening: Personal Assistant / Administrative Assistant
Are you organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? A highly driven business owner is seeking a Personal Assistant / Administrative Assistant to help manage an active, demanding schedule and day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
•Provide high-level administrative and personal support
•Manage schedules, appointments, and communications
•Run errands and assist with business and personal tasks
•Take initiative and follow through with minimal supervision
•Assist during after-hours and occasional weekends as needed
What We’re Looking For:
•Proven experience as a personal or administrative assistant
•Experience with industry-specific software such as Xactimate, XactAnalysis, and Restore365 is preferred. Familiarity with restoration processes—including water, fire, and mold mitigation—and an understanding of restoration terminology is also highly valued
•Strong leadership skills and a confident, take-charge attitude
•Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
•Ability to follow directions while also working independently
•Flexibility, adaptability, and professionalism under pressure
•Reliable transportation is a must
•Familiarity with Orlando, FL, and surrounding areas is a big plus
