Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing exceptional administrative support. Duties
•Manage and maintain technician’s calendars, including scheduling services and appointments.
•Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors and managing incoming calls.
•Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
•Provide excellent customer service to clients and support staff with their administrative needs.
•Assist in office management duties, ensuring that supplies are stocked and the workspace is organized.
•Handle customer support inquiries effectively and professionally, resolving issues as they arise.
Skills
•Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
•Proficient in calendar management to coordinate schedules efficiently.
•Solid administrative skills with experience in office environments.
•Experience with front desk operations and managing phone systems.
•High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
•Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.
•Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
