Job Summary
We are one of South Florida’s premiercommercial and residential pool companies. We have created hundreds of unique and innovative backyard environments.
We are looking for an administrative assistant to support the company's operations by working side by side with our office manager and the owner and on a part time basis but could lead to full time position for the right person. This position is responsible for providing a variety of administrative functions such as but not limited to filing, typing proposals, completing permit apps, etc. You would need your own vehicle in order to make occasional deliveries, pick up/drop off permits, meet with inspectors etc. We will pay for mileage for any of that work on top of your pay. This position is Part Time: 15-20 hours a week (FLEXIBLE) –Perfect for someone who has kids in school and can only work part time or a student looking to learn business management/development and has some flexibility in making their own schedule.
We are a home office in Plantation located right off 595 and university.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
*3-5 years of experience in similar roles. Swimming pool and/or Construction knowledge a HUGE plus. *Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet, Excel, Outlook is a must. QuickBooks is a plus. *Knowledge of Dropbox & Google; tech savvy *Excellent verbal command of English (Bilingual a plus but not required) *Customer service skills *Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in high pressure situationsCOMPENSATION:
$20- $25 per hour to start based on experience.
