Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations in collaboration with our Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers and Project Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
•General project support and other clerical duties as needed
•Assist with contract management
•Organize and maintain filing systems
•Assist with billing management
•Vendor/client/owner/partner outreach via telephone
Qualifications:
•High school diploma or equivalent required
•Previous administrative experience in an office environment
•Proficiency in office software (Google Workspace, scheduling tools, etc.)
•Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
