· Organize digital filing systems and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
· Utilizing and inputting data into company CRM and produce business development and management reports as needed.
· Providing marketing support and maintaining social media account.
· Supporting team members with administrative functions when necessary.
· Working on laptop with Microsoft office suite and with iPhone (company provided).
· Learning about the energy and high voltage industry on an on-going basis.
· Track and stay abreast of the status of files and actionable items
· Liaising with various suppliers as it relates to insurance, health and safety, information and communications technology, rentals and equipment agencies.
· Supporting the development of company policies and procedures
· Sourcing tools and equipment as need for in-field and office operations
· Supporting the President as needed with general duties
· General administrative duties supporting the overall organization growth and functioning
· Be morally driven with strong ethics in both your professional and personal life.
· Utilize MS Office and MS Outlook platforms in your daily work.
· Attention to detail and to be accountable for your activities
· Possess a high standard of professional integrity with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality
· Proven clerical and organizational skills - required
· Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) – required
· Proficiency in Adobe Create Suite (or similar) – required
· Experience with website development and/or online marketing – preferred
