Optimum is a quickly growing company, so we are looking for a great Compliace Assistant to join our small team. This is great opportunity to grow with the company.
Qualities we are seeking for this role include being highly organized and detail-oriented. We need someone who is proactive and eager to learn! We expect excellent communication skills and the ability to handle a variety of tasks with precision and professionalism.
-Greet visitors, answer phones, and provide general office support.
-Answering phones, taking messages, managing emails, and writing correspondence
-Support the work of a manager by carrying out administrative tasks.
- Preparing documents, reports, presentations, and maintaining filing systems.
- Conduct research and analysis to support compliance efforts.
- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance programs and policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards.
- Support management activities, including audits and inspections.
- Assist in the preparation and review of documentation
- Bachelor's degree prerferred
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
