We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist / Credit Manager to join our accounting and administrative team in our Southern California office. Working closely with our sales teams and a wide array of new and existing customers in B2B markets, you will handle all aspects of credit matters and accounts receivable.

- Work closely with our sales teams throughout all our offices on incoming credit inquires and follow up credit issues
- Deliver exceptional customer service to new and existing customers with each interaction
- Analyze credit applications, including contacting credit references and running credit reports to determine credit worthiness
- File preliminary lien notices and manage releases
- Monitor accounts receivable, and lead collections efforts for past due accounts
- Review, manage, and process daily invoice procedures
- Issue and apply credit and debit memos
- Maintain excellent communication with sales, and administrative teams
- Two plus years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, and credit management
- Experience with reviewing customer credit applications in a B2B setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as web-based software
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize workload and work independently
- Experience using Sage100
- Previous experience working in collaboration with sales teams
