Job Summary
PK Companies is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. This position is responsible for compiling and maintaining accounts receivable records, ensuring payments are processed accurately, and supporting property management teams with financial reporting.
- Process rental subsidy payments and manual rent payments.
- Record and track other income.
- Make resident ledger adjustments and billing corrections.
- Audit delinquency, prepaid, and security deposit reports.
- Assist with final account statements for resident move-outs.
- Send former resident accounts to collections.
- Process NSF returns.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED required; additional training or experience preferred.
- 1–3 months of related accounting, administrative, or bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong math and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret documents and write routine reports.
- Dependable and able to meet deadlines.

- Accurate and thorough with data and reports.
