- Hourly pay for this position is to start at CAD45/hr, plus overtime after 44 hours.

Job Description

As a 310T Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in managing our fleet of heavy-duty vehicles and ensuring they are maintained to the highest safety and performance standards. You will lead a team of skilled technicians, oversee maintenance schedules, and coordinate repair and service activities to keep our equipment operating efficiently.

- Supervise and lead a team of 310T technicians, providing guidance and support in their daily tasks

- Implement and manage preventative maintenance programs to ensure the reliability and longevity of our fleet

- Perform maintenance, repair, and diagnostics on a wide range of heavy machinery and equipment

- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment

- Schedule and coordinate vehicle repairs, inspections, and maintenance work

- Oversee the procurement of parts and supplies required for vehicle maintenance

- Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repair activities

- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies

- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex mechanical issues

- Complete repairs and replacements of faulty components, adhering to safety and quality standards

Qualifications

To join our team:

- You have a valid 310T license

- You have experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a heavy equipment maintenance setting

- You have strong knowledge of heavy-duty vehicle maintenance and repair procedures

- You have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- You are proficient in computerized maintenance management systems

- You have effective communication and interpersonal skills

- You have strong organizational and time management abilities

- You must have your own set of hand tools
